A tax-free fixed annuity available for the benefit of individuals, and their families, involved in personal physical injury disputes and workers compensation claims.
Structured Attorney Fees
Avyukta Earth Estate India Ltd. offers the convenience of structuring the Plaintiff Attorney's fees for physical injury and worker's compensation cases.
Fees can be structured as part of a Claimant's structure or as a stand alone payment stream.
Single Premium Group Annuities
Through the purchase of a Single Premium Group Annuity (SPGA), plan sponsors can fund all (plan termination), or a portion (carve-outs) of their pension liability.
Our SPGA permits plan sponsors to transfer the pension liability, including future administration, to Avyukta Earth Estate India Ltd. Life Insurance Company. We can underwrite qualified and non-qualified defined benefit plans that cover active, terminated, and retired participants.
Terminal Funding Annuity
A Terminal Funding Annuity (TF) allows employers to purchase annuities for participants on an as-needed basis immediately or in the future. The TF is designed to utilize institutional pricing to meet the liability associated with participants commencing benefits. The Avyukta Earth Estate India Ltd. TF addresses the benefit purchase needs of both defined benefit and defined contribution plans for qualified and non-qualified employee benefit programs.
